Five neo-Nazis arrested in Florida on drug and gun charges

Five neo-Nazis were arrested after police uncovered opiates, methamphetamine, firearms, a stolen vehicle and hundreds of pages of American Nazi Family propaganda at their Florida home.Police received a search warrant for their home in New Port Richey as part of an undercover investigation that led to the arrests of Alexander Nowokunski, 33, Gabrielle Price, 24, Steven Crumbley, 31, Melinda Zalneraitis, 47, and Michael Baun, 28, on Tuesday.Nowokunski is a documented gang member, along with Crumbley, who ran from deputies before he was arrested about 14 miles away in neighboring Holiday.The suspects allegedly stole identification cards from mailboxes and used them to obtain credit cards, according to Pasco county Sheriff Chris Nocco.He added that they likely traded the IDs and credit cards for drugs.A SWAT team assisted in the search of the house, which deputies called a “cesspool”. Pasco County Sheriff Chris Nocco said, “This place should’ve been condemned years ago.”They found hundreds of pages of American Nazi Family propaganda, including rules, oaths and information regarding the hierarchy of the organization, the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office saidDrug paraphernalia, opiates, and approximately 12 grams of methamphetamine were also recovered at the home, along with several firearms, magazines, and other miscellaneous ammunition.Deputies also found a stolen vehicle on the property, and said they are still looking for Justin Hopper, 28, who is wanted for possession of a stolen motorcycle, the Tampa Bay Times reported.The five suspects face a number of drug and gun charges. Both Crumbley and Price had outstanding warrants for grand theft.
